II. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or transfer your candidate information to third parties for their own commercial purposes, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing. The only third parties that may access your data are the service providers we use to run the recruitment process (such as LinkedIn and similar professional recruitment platforms, our email and file storage infrastructure, and video interview tools), acting on our behalf and instructions.
III. How We Receive Your Data
We receive your personal data when you apply through our official website, when you reach us via professional recruitment platforms, or through direct correspondence with our talent team.
IV. How Long We Keep Your Data
If you are not hired, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 12 months, unless you give us your explicit consent to keep it longer so we can consider you for future opportunities. With your consent, your data is kept for up to 24 months. If you are hired, your data is moved to your employee record and follows our employee data retention policy. You can request deletion at any time through the contact channels below.
V. Exercising Your Legal Rights
According to Article 11 of the LPPD, you are entitled to inquire about your data status through:
